Return Policy

We want you to be HAPPY! In the event you are not 100% satisfied, you may return, exchange or credit your purchase. Please follow the guidelines below.

• Items should be returned new, unused in original packaging and with all tags still attached. We may not accept merchandise, which is not received in the above specified conditions. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided. Please insure your shipment as lost shipments are the sender's responsibility.
• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the day that you receive your order. After the 7-day return policy, returns can only be exchanged for credit.
• Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Sale and set item purchases are final and cannot be returned for either refunds or exchanges. If original purchase included a bonus gift, bonus item must be returned in order to receive full credit for the original purchase price.
• All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return. Hold onto your shipping receipt and OTG|247 packing slip until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the merchandise.
• Credit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.
• To make a return, e-mail us at talktous@otg247.com. We will e-mail you a return label. Please securely place the returned item in the original carton and ship it back to us. All items are subject to inspection once received. You will be notified once your return has been approved and processed. Please note there is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
• If you purchased your products at an OTG|247 stockist, you must return or exchange those products directly with the stockiest. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on product not purchased online at www.otg247.com.
