Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Please wait 1-2 business days for your order to process. We make every effort to complete your order as soon as possible. 

For personalized bags, please wait 5-7 days to process as these are made-to-order. 

Bag Club members receive one bag per month. Your order ships within 3-5 business days after you select your bag from the monthly collection or choose the Mystery Bag option. If no selection is made by the 21st of the month, a Mystery Bag will automatically ship by the end of the month.

Our shipping carriers include USPS, UPS and Fedex.  Shipping times depend on method chosen and your location

We currently ship within the United States and internationally to Canada via DHL.  If you are interested in another country, we will do our best to accommodate your request, please contact us at talktous@otg247.com.

Insurance We offer shipping insurance if your order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.  If you remove the shipping protection from your cart, OTG|247 will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.  You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx). Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at talktous@otg247.com with information regarding your situation and your claim number.

If you added shipping insurance to your order, we take care of filing the claims and replace your order.  Please email talktous@otg247.com with your order number and we will be in contact as soon as possible.


RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Personalized bags and OO Club items are final sale and may not be returned for either refunds or exchanges.

Items should be returned in new sellable condition, unused in original packaging and with all tags attached.  We may not accept merchandise that is not received in the above specified conditions. 

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the day that you receive your order.  After the 7-day return policy, returns can only be exchanged for credit.  Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please e-mail us at talktous@otg247.com for a prepaid return label. Please note we charge a flat-rate return shipping fee of $10 that includes return shipping and restocking.  The fee will be deducted from your refund amount and refunds will be issued to your original payment method.  You will be notified once your return has been approved and processed.  Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.

If you feel an item is damaged, please include a picture or video.

If you purchased your product at a Stockist Retail Store, you must return or exchange those products directly with the Stockist. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on product not purchased online at www.otg247.com.
