Please wait 1-2 business days for your order to process. We make every effort to complete your order as soon as possible.

Overnight Shipping only eligible for orders placed before 1pm MST Mon-Friday. Personalized orders can not ship overnight due to the longer processing time.

For personalized bags, please wait 5-7 business days to process as these are made-to-order. Please note processing times for personalized orders can take longer when purchased around a holiday. 

Our shipping methods include: USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx 2- Day, and FedEx Overnight. Shipping methods and delivery times depend on your location. UPS and USPS sites quote, but do not guarantee, 2-8 business days for residential domestic shipping. Longer shipping period for residential deliveries in Alaska and Hawaii.

We currently don't offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future.


Items should be returned in new sellable condition, unused in original packaging and with all tags attached.  We may not accept merchandise that is not received in the above specified conditions. 

Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the day that you receive your order.

Please note we charge a flat-rate return shipping fee of $10 that includes return shipping and restocking. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount and refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note if you are returning your item for a refund your original shipping costs will not be refunded. If your initial order included a promotion, please be aware that we will reassess your order total. For example, if you take advantage of our Buy 4 Bags, Get 20% Off promotion and return 1 bag, you will lose the 20% off your order and will be deducted from your return refund. You will be notified once your return has been approved and processed.  Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.

Can I return my recent order to have it personalized? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer personalization on orders that have already been shipped out and delivered.

We accept returns for exchange within 14 days from the day you received your order as long as items have been unopened and unused. Please note a $10 return shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from your overall exchange credit amount.

You will be responsible for any price discrepancies for the exchange plus shipping.  If the exchange credit amount is more than the new sales order total, you will be issued a refund back to your original payment method. You will be notified once your exchange has been approved and processed.


Get peace of mind with OTG|247 Shipping Protection in the event that your order is lost, stolen, or damaged. If you remove Shipping Protection from your cart, OTG|247 will not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products.

How to submit a claim for lost or stolen packages: 

Wait 3 business days after the package has been marked as delivered to ensure your order is lost or stolen. 

  1. Email with your order number stating whether your order has been lost or stolen. As well as, your current address to ensure the shipping address was correct on the order. 
  2. You will receive a confirmation email within 48hrs stating your claim has been submitted. You will receive an email 6-8 business days after submitting a claim stating whether your package was found and is being delivered or is being replaced. 

How to submit a claim for a damaged product:

  1. Email include your order number and photos of damaged products.

Shipment/ Order Corrections

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct address is input at the time of checkout. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or reroute a shipment after the order has been fulfilled. OTG|247 is not responsible for any packages that we cannot cancel or reroute and is not responsible for ensuring a replacement is sent if an incorrect address was provided upon checkout.

It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct item is ordered upon checkout. We cannot guarantee the ability to edit or cancel an order before it ships. If you need an edit or cancellation made to your order but it has already shipped by the time we respond, you will need to instead return the item for an exchange or refund after you receive the order.


For any manufacturer defects, you have 30 days to submit a warranty claim from the time your order was delivered. To request a replacement for a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us at Please note that regular wear and tear, damages are not covered under warranty.
