Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Our shipping cutoff dates are established based on carrier-provided delivery estimates. OTG processes and ships orders promptly to meet these timelines. However, once your package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. During peak holiday periods, carriers may experience delays due to increased shipping volumes. These delays are beyond OTG's control. We strongly recommend placing orders early to account for potential carrier delays during the holiday season.
