Please complete the downloadable PDF and email it, along with your resale certificate to sales@otg247.com for review and approval.  The sales team will respond within 2-3 business days.  Submitting a request to become an OTG|247 Stockist signifies acceptance of OTG|247, LLC full terms and conditions.  A copy of our Stockist Agreement may be requested by emailing us at sales@otg247.com.
