Your card will be charged $45 on the day you join Bag Club, then on the 1st of every month going forward. For example, if you join on January 15th, you'll be charged on January 15th for your first month, then again on February 1st for your renewal.

Shipping
Your monthly bag ships free—shipping is included in your $45 subscription. Once you make your selection, it ships within 3-5 business days.

Our Bag Club subscription requires a 3-month commitment. Once you've been billed 3 times, you may cancel anytime. Cancel in your customer portal or email us at bagclub@otg247.com.

Once you have received your order confirmation for the month, head over to the customer portal to choose your bag. Click the "Choose Your Bag" button to make a selection.

The selection window opens on the 1st of each month and stays open until the 25th. Make your choice anytime during that window. If you don't select by the 25th or join after the 24th, you'll receive a curated mystery bag for that month.

A mystery bag is a hand-picked selection from our team based on your Bag Club preferences. It's a fun way to be surprised each month! You can opt for the mystery bag when making your selection, or if you don't choose by the deadline, you will automatically receive a mystery bag.

Bag selections are removed on the 25th of each month as we prepare for the next month's rotation. Any orders placed on or after the 25th, or orders where no selection was made before the 25th, will automatically receive a mystery bag!

Absolutely—just make your new selection before you get your shipping confirmation. Once that confirmation hits your inbox, your bag is locked in and heading your way.

If it is the 25th of the month or later, all choices are removed in order to prepare for next month's rotation. All new orders made on or after the 25th and orders with no choice made by the 25th are sent a mystery bag.
