Charleston Mahjong Club Collaboration

Some Partnerships Take Months To Find

This one found us in an afternoon. We met Meghann and Childs of the Charleston Mahjong Club at the Charleston Open last year, and we hit it off immediately. Within minutes we were talking about color, craftsmanship, and the small details most people never notice but always feel.

The Charleston Mahjong Club began the best way possible, with a group of friends gathered around a table. Meghann and Childs turned that love of the game into tiles full of personality, and every design reflects the care, creativity, and camaraderie that inspired it. That shared obsession with detail is the heart of this collaboration. It mirrors the way we approach every OTG|247 piece, and our aesthetics speak the same language, which made working together feel less like a partnership and more like a natural next step.

Made For Players Who Take Their Game Everywhere

There is also a more personal reason. We have fallen completely in love with mahjong. Learning the game has been a joy, and every table we sit down at reminds us why it has such a devoted following: it is social, strategic, beautiful to look at, and best enjoyed with good company. That is exactly the spirit we wanted to capture together.

The result is a collection made for players who take their game everywhere. Our Size #5 holds your card and shufflers perfectly, and it is so cute that it doubles as a clutch long after the last tile is played. The #8 Nudie is the ideal home for your tiles, making it easy to carry them to game night and store them safely at home. Every design matches the artwork on the Charleston Mahjong Club tiles and mat, so your entire set looks as beautiful as it plays.

Who makes these pieces?

Charleston Mahjong Club, a Charleston, South Carolina brand known for colorful, club themed mahjong tiles and accessories, designs and makes every piece in this collection. We partnered with them to create matching OTG|247 bags, and we carry a curated selection of their products here so you can shop the whole set in one place.

Will this arrive with my OTG|247 order, and will I get tracking?

Charleston Mahjong Club pieces ship directly from their warehouse in South Carolina. If you order OTG|247 bags and Charleston Mahjong Club pieces together, they will arrive in separate packages. Each package has its own tracking email, so a second shipping email and a second box are completely normal and do not mean anything is missing.

How long will it take to arrive, what does shipping cost, and where do you ship?

Charleston Mahjong Club usually processes orders within 1 to 3 business days. Their warehouse is open Monday through Friday and closed on national holidays. After processing, standard shipping takes about 5 to 10 business days and expedited shipping takes about 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can change with weather, peak season, and carrier delays. Shipping for these items is calculated at checkout. These pieces ship within the United States. Some shipping methods cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please use a street address.

What is the return and exchange policy?

You can return unused pieces in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact OTG|247 at talktous@otg247.com with your order number, and we will send you return instructions. Returned items go back to Charleston Mahjong Club. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once the return is received and approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method, and it may take 7 to 10 business days to appear.

What if my piece arrives damaged or something is wrong?

Please email us at talktous@otg247.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with Charleston Mahjong Club to arrange a replacement or refund and a free return label. OTG|247 handles your checkout, payment, and refunds. Charleston Mahjong Club handles shipping and product quality, and we coordinate with them for you, so you only need to contact one place.

Can I use a discount code on these products?

Charleston Mahjong Club pieces are not eligible for OTG|247 discount codes, Bag Club pricing, or other promotions. Any discount at checkout applies only to the OTG|247 items in your cart.
