Happy Thanksgiving! We Are Grateful For You!

It’s time for Thanksgiving and I couldn’t be more thankful for how quickly this year has flown by! It seems like just last week we were ringing in the new year. I always look forward to our family’s yearly Thanksgiving tradition. Right before diving into dinner, we go around the table and each person expresses what we are grateful for— loud and proud but never taking too long because, let’s be honest, everyone’s a bit hungry. This year I’m thankful for my family… and the gift of total organization.

Whether you’re hosting a house full of guests for Friendsgiving or just the in-laws, you want to be just as comfortable as you are stylish while working your way around the kitchen and your guests. Thanksgiving always proves to be one of the more difficult events to dress for me, believe it or not. I want to be on trend but also non-restricted in my outfit because, well, lots of food. This year, it’s time to skip the skinny jeans and semi-sheer blouse and reaching for a dress to match the easy-breezy fall weather. The kids; however, are a different story. For the sake of pictures, they will both be wearing their “Thanksgiving’s best” but, I have a OTG 247 Bag #8 ready full of post-dinner play clothes complete with the DIY turkey shirts we made together last week.  The best part is sending the kids to change and knowing there is no way they can destroy the room looking for clothes. Oh, look! Another reason to be thankful.

And what would an outfit be without accessories? I wouldn’t be caught dead without an OTG 247 bag on my side. Just because you’re home doesn’t mean you want to keep running up and down the stairs to grab things or keep them clustered in a corner. I’m keeping my tiny must-haves close by and almost out of sight with OTG247 Bag #4. Think of the time saved and mouths dropped when I can reach over to supply hand sanitizer, tissues or hair ties without leaving the dinner table. Hold the applause. I’m just a woman fashionably conquering organization one day (and holiday) at a time.
